Why Douren exists.

You manage everything in your business and almost nothing in your body. Douren exists to close that gap before it closes on you.

Two close calls with my own health taught me that the body is the one system you cannot ignore and hope for the best. I trained as a software engineer and spent more than eight years deep in health and performance, and Douren is both of those together: an engineer's system, applied to your body, run for you while you build.

What does it cost?

There is no single price, because the program is built around your case. The investment is in the five figures, and the application exists to figure out what you need and whether we can help at all. Weigh it honestly against what another five years of broken sleep and afternoon crashes is already costing you.

How much of my time does it take?

Very little beyond what you already spend. You already sleep, eat and move through a hard day, so we optimize what you do anyway instead of adding new work. One weekly call, and we handle the research, booking, analysis and adjustments.

I already train and eat well. What would this add?

Then you are ahead of most people, and still guessing. Do you wake before your alarm with energy, or reach for coffee to feel normal? Training and clean eating without your own data leaves the biggest levers untouched: hormones, deficiencies, sleep quality and recovery.

Why would this work when other programs did not?

Because those were built on guesses, and this is built on your labs. When the plan comes from your own data and someone adjusts it every week, you stop relying on willpower to hold something that was wrong from the start.

How soon do I feel a difference?

Most clients feel sleep and energy move within the first weeks once the plan starts. The re-test near the end of the program is where the change is proven in numbers, and some markers need the full twelve weeks to move.

I travel constantly. Does this still work?

Yes. The program runs remotely, the kit ships to you, and diagnostics are arranged locally wherever you are. Travel weeks get built into the plan instead of breaking it.

What if the tests find something serious?

Anything medical is flagged to you immediately, and doctors are already part of how the program runs. If your results call for medical treatment, hormone therapy for example, a specialist clinic handles it and we arrange everything: the clinic, the booking and the follow-up. You never have to figure out where to go. The treatment itself is billed by the clinic, separate from the program.

Is this a health concierge?

In practice, yes. Douren Health runs your health the way a concierge runs your travel: the testing booked for you, the results read for you, the plan built and adjusted for you, and one person answering on WhatsApp. The difference from most concierge services is that everything is built from your own data, and it is one-on-one with the founder instead of a team of account managers.

How is this different from a personal trainer or a fitness program?

A trainer gives you workouts. A fitness program gives you a template. Douren Health reads 150+ blood markers, your body composition, your sleep and your gut before anything changes, then runs all six pillars for you and adjusts weekly as the data comes in. Training is one sixth of the system.
