A few days that explain whatthe last few years took from you.
A private health retreat at a villa in Portugal, built around your group. Your blood is drawn at the villa, your body composition is measured on site, and after you fly home I analyse everything personally and tell you exactly where you stand.
A real holiday, with answers at the end of it.
You have learned to live with the broken sleep, the caffeine that stopped working and the afternoon crash, because a checkup keeps calling you fine. The retreat exists to get you the answers a checkup never gives, without asking for anything more than the holiday you were already postponing.
Good food, a pool, a villa worth the flight, and a small room of people worth knowing. The testing runs quietly around all of it and takes less than an hour of your stay.
What makes this one different.
Plenty of retreats do the villa and the food well. The difference is what you know about your own body when it ends, and what happens after you land.
How it works.
The retreat is the first step of health optimization, done in a place you would visit anyway. The deep work happens on my desk after you leave.
At the villa.
A nurse draws your full blood panel on the first morning and your body composition is measured the same day. That is the whole cost to your time. The rest is the pool, the food, the talk and the people.
Your labs, unrushed.
A serious panel takes business days to come back, so there is no staged reveal at the villa. I read all 150+ markers against optimal ranges, next to your body composition and your intake. Depth over theatre.
Your analysis, on your phone.
Days after you land, a personal video arrives on your WhatsApp: me walking through your dashboard, your bloodwork and your action steps, in plain language, made for you alone.
The consultation.
Book the private call to go through everything live and decide what comes next. Some guests take the action steps and run them alone. Some reply with one word on WhatsApp and we proceed into the program.
The program is the continuation, never the condition. You leave the retreat with the full analysis either way.
What every guest walks away with.
A checkup reads about twenty markers against the average patient and calls you fine. Fine is where the afternoon crash hides. Everything below is read against your best, and all of it stays yours.
Your full blood panel
150+ markers covering hormones, deficiencies, inflammation, blood sugar and the signals behind fatigue and brain fog.
Your body composition
Muscle, bone and the fat around your organs, measured at the villa. The bathroom scale hides all three.
Your video analysis
Me going through your results one by one, in plain language, on your phone. You can rewatch it, and most guests do.
Your action steps
The two or three things worth fixing first, in order, with the reasoning. And the things you can stop worrying about.
Your private dashboard
Results, analysis and plan in one place, the same dashboard my private clients run on. Access stays after the retreat ends.
Your supplement protocol
Built from your own results once they are in, never a generic stack, with the reasoning for every line.
And the room itself
A small group of people who built companies, run money or lead teams, at one table for a few days. Guests keep telling me the dinners were worth the trip on their own, and I believe them.
No two retreats are the same.
There is no fixed format and no public calendar. Each retreat is built once, for one group, and the group decides most of what it looks like.
What never changes
- The full blood panel, drawn at the villa.
- Body composition measured on site.
- The private talk, with open questions.
- A personal video analysis and consultation for every guest.
- The standard of the villa, and me reading every application.
What your group decides
- How many days. More than four, fewer than four, your call.
- How many people at the table.
- Where in Portugal, and which villa.
- A private chef, the activities, the extras.
- Whether partners come.
Tell me who is coming and what you want out of it. The investment follows from those answers, which is why there is no price list on this page.
It also runs privately, for one company.
A team offsite where every person leaves with their own bloodwork, their own body composition and their own plan, instead of another year of slides and rope courses.
One thing to be clear about, because it always comes up: each person's results are theirs alone. Nobody's bloodwork is shared with the company, including whoever pays. What the company gets back is a team that sleeps, focuses and holds pace better than it did.
Plan one for your teamKnow someone who should be at this table?
If you advise people who never stop working, or manage their affairs, you often watch one run on empty long before he says it out loud. The retreat is an easy thing to put in front of him, because it asks for a few days at a villa and gives him his own numbers instead of advice.
A quiet introduction is enough. I handle it privately from there, and if the fit is wrong, I say so directly.
Honest answers.
What does it cost?
It depends on what your group builds: the days, the villa, the chef, the extras. There is no public price and no fixed package. The conversation covers the investment before anything is booked, and if the fit is wrong I say so before money comes up.
When do I get my results?
Body composition on the day it is measured. The blood panel takes business days to come back after the draw, so the full video analysis lands on your WhatsApp shortly after you are home, followed by your consultation call. I would rather give you depth a week later than theatre on the last night.
How many days is it?
As many as your group wants. Most land around three or four, enough for the testing, the talk and an actual rest, short enough that your business does not notice you were gone.
I feel mostly fine. Is this still for me?
Then you will enjoy it more. Most guests are fine on paper, and the panel is read against optimal rather than average, which is where the caffeine dependence and the slipping focus actually show up. A few guests find out they are in better shape than they feared. That answer is worth having too.
What if my results show something serious?
Anything medical is flagged to you immediately and privately, and doctors are already part of how I work. If your results call for a specialist, I arrange the clinic, the booking and the follow-up.
Can a company book the whole retreat?
Yes, and it works well: one team, one villa, everything above run privately. Each person's results stay theirs alone, and nothing individual is reported back to the company.
Can I bring my partner?
That is a group decision rather than a policy, and villas have room. Ask.
Tell me about your group. Or just about you.
Write a few lines about who would come and what feels off. I read every request and reply personally. If the retreat is the wrong fit, I will tell you that directly and you will have lost two minutes.
Referred by someone? Mention them. It moves you to the front.
